Dave is the co-creator of MMO Junkies and is a major lurker. He helps out with “business planning” (if you can call it that), brainstorming, website and graphic consulting, and generally anything he can do with the minimal amount of time he has after RL (See: ‘real-life’) sucks everything out of him.

Gaming Background: Gaming since the age of 5, he started on the good ol’ Atari 2600 with the classics Centipede, Q-Bert, Dig-Dug, Asteroids, Joust, etc. Began to hit the online gaming scene in his early teens with WC3, Counter-Strike, Ghost Recon, Rainbow Six and the like. Moved on to MMOs with The Matrix Online, Star Wars Galaxies, City of Heroes/Villians, Pirates of the Burning Sea, Lord of the Rings Online, Champions Online, and even played World of Warcraft for a minute or two. Oh, and he’s a big fan of the Battlefield, Modern Warfare, and Assassin’s Creed series.

Online Community Background: He’s been a part of and/or operated a handful of websites for various online communities. To only mention a few, he started with an online news and radio station for The Matrix Online called “TheX.fm“, then moved on to the Stargate Worlds community with “SGWirc” (which has now expanded beyond Stargate Worlds and is now “ReplayIRC“), currently acting as a moderator (See: ‘lurker’) for the “GamerDNA” forums, and obviously he is here at MMO Junkies!
